Pulse
A practical, periodic review (heath check) that confirms your AML compliance is working in day-to-day operations — not just on paper — and keeps your risk assessment, program and procedures current as your business changes.
Includes:
- Scheduled Pulse review (annual, twice-yearly, quarterly or monthly — depending on your needs)
- Review of core artefacts: business risk assessment, AML/CTF program, procedures/controls, training records, personnel due diligence and AMLCO role setup
- Practical file sampling (recent matters) to test: KYC/KYB completion, screening outcomes, EDD quality, approvals, decision logs and evidence packs
- Review of escalation activity: unusual matters raised, triage outcomes, decision trails and SMR activity where relevant
- “What’s changed” check: new offices, services, customer types, deal patterns, process pain points and emerging risks
- Findings report: clear scorecard (green/amber/red), key gaps, and a prioritised 30/60/90-day action plan
- Updates to templates and procedures where needed (so fixes are implemented, not just noted)
